Pool was re-opened in March, and the pool heater was also turned on as is typical when daylight savings begins. The pool house had been damaged due to an accident in November 2021, that required we close the pool until repairs could be made. Enjoy!

Unfortunately, due to building damage caused by an accident on 11/20/2021 we had to close the pool until repairs can be made. No one was injured in the incident. We are currently working with insurance to arrange repairs. We’ll update when the pool is expected to re-open.

The community pool & spa are now open again. Look out for a postcard in the mail, and follow posted guidelines at the pool. If you need a replacement pool-access key card, contact management. The cost is $125.
Following a pause for the winter of 2021, deck repairs have been resumed, and are expected to be complete by the end of October 2021. Each deck in the complex will be resurfaced and waterproofed.
