The Architectural Review Committee is responsible for reviewing applications for modification to the building structure. Please review the CC&Rs, Article VII (p23) for details on Architectural Control. The application can be downloaded here:
Submit completed applications to the Management Company. Please note that the Board or ARC has 45 days to review applications before approving or disapproving.
