Unfortunately, due to building damage caused by an accident on 11/20/2021 we had to close the pool until repairs can be made. No one was injured in the incident. We are currently working with insurance to arrange repairs. We’ll update when the pool is expected to re-open.

The community pool & spa are now open again. Look out for a postcard in the mail, and follow posted guidelines at the pool. If you need a replacement pool-access key card, contact management. The cost is $125.

The swimming pool heater has been turned on in time for memorial day! In case you’re are wondering, the pool is heated when daylight savings is in effect. It is turned on the second weekend in March, and turned off the first weekend in November. Happy swimming folks!
