The Advisory Committee on Updates to the Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions (CC&Rs) or “CC&R Committee” meets to review open actions and develop recommendations for the Board.

Committee currently reviewing Draft #1 documents to formulate questions for Legal Counsel to inform a set of recommendations to the Board for changes to be requested made to Draft #1 in order to arrive at a final Draft for review and adoption.
