The Advisory Committee on Updates to the Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions (CC&Rs) or “CC&R Committee” meets to review open actions and develop recommendations for the Board.

Meeting Goals:

1. Review interim progress on using answer’s from counsel to make suggested changes.
2. Formulate change request list for Draft #1 documents based on answers from legal counsel.
3. Determine next steps.
