The association just purchased a set of stencils so we can begin repainting assigned (deeded) parking space numbers and guest spots where weather and wear has made them difficult to see or read. This should address the legibility issue on such spots until the next asphalt resurfacing is done, which we expect to be in 2023 or 2024.
If your car must be moved for a day so that painting can be completed, notice will be given and temporary guest passes issued as needed.
Besides being necessary maintenance, we hope this will help resolve some of the confusion and frustration that happens when people accidentally park in the wrong spots or mistake and assign spot for a guest spot.
