The Association has hired Top Armor to complete re-roofing of all the buildings at Casa De Oaks. Work began on 12/2/2024. Notices will be provided to residents in advance of work beginning on their building. The entire project is expected to take approximately 8-10 months.
Top Armor provided the below Phase 1 Schedule on 12/2/2024, which is considered an estimate, and all dates are weather permitting. Again, notices will be provided to residents in advance of work.
